Tweak UI

Microsoft have made available a number of small programs they have called PowerToys, and Tweak UI is one of them. They are claimed to "add fun and functionality to the Windows experience", and are additional programs that developers work on after a product has been released. Tweak UI is one of the most useful PowerToys which gives you easy access to system settings that are not exposed in the Windows XP default user interface, including mouse settings, Explorer settings, taskbar settings, etc. You don't have to be a PC wizard to use it as it is easy to change settings without having to delve into the depths of the Windows Conrol Panel. Really useful.
