Do you have multiple email accounts? Do you want to know when you get a new email without having to log in to your email inbox? If so, Pop Peeper may be the answer. POP Peeper is an email notifier that runs in your Windows task bar and can be configured to access many different email accounts and account types (e.g. POP3, IMAP, Hotmail\MSN\LiveMail, Yahoo, GMail, MyWay, Excite, iWon, Lycos.com, RediffMail, Juno, etc.). You can use POP Peeper to read your emails and send emails as well without formally having to log in to the email account.

There are many other email notifiers out there, but the main reason I like Pop Peeper is because of the way it notifies you when "you have mail". Unlike other programs where the notification disappears after a few seconds or is a tiny icon which can be difficult to see, Pop Peeper's notification window is of reasonable size and stays on your screen until you have dealt with it, even if a screensaver is running. This means that even if you are away from your PC, you will know when "you have mail". Excellent!
