PDF reDirect & Bullzip PDF Printer

Saving web pages can be awkward because of the coding used. Instead, save both text and graphics by printing as a pdf document with programmes such as PDF reDirect or Bullzip PDF Printer. Both can also convert Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, etc. in to pdf. There are several other free pdf writers available (e.g. CutePDF Writer, Easy PDF Creator) but these two appear to compress the most by default (gives the smallest file size), important if you want to email the document. Another really useful feature is the built-in facility to merge (join) pdf files (easier with PDF reDirect) and the ability to place a watermark on the pages (possible with Bullzip PDF Printer). Unlike some other programs, neither embed any advertising marks on the printed page either. Highly recommended!
